WHAT TO EXPECT IN SOULSTICE

This journey is a collaboration. The more you show up, the more your chart comes to life, and the deeper your results will be.

SESSION STRUCTURE
Your SOULSTICE journey begins with a 60-minute Cosmic Strategy Session, where we lay the energetic foundations.
From there, we meet bi-monthly for 60 minutes via GOOGLE MEET (link below). We’ll schedule your sessions together, and I ask that you give as much notice as possible if anything needs to be rearranged (less than 48 hours and you could lose the session).
VOXER SUPPORT
For the in-between magic, we use Voxer. Think of it as your sacred space for questions, breakthroughs, or “OMG what is this transit doing to me” moments.
I check Voxer Monday–Friday, 10am–4pm (UK time) and always aim to reply within 24 hours (usually the same day). Messages outside these hours? I’ll respond during the next Voxer window.
Don’t be shy, some of the biggest transformations happen in those voice notes between sessions.
SHARED DRIVE
You’ll also get access to a shared Google Drive folder where we’ll keep any relevant documents, coaching notes, journaling prompts or astro insights.
HOLIDAYS & COSMIC PAUSE
I honour seasonal and family rhythms, and I encourage you to do the same.
I observe UK bank holidays, and close over Christmas, New Year, Easter, and a few weeks in summer. If one of your sessions lands during this time, we’ll extend your package accordingly so you never miss out.
